What we collect

• Your name, WhatsApp number and optional email, to manage your order and support you.
• The invitation details and photos you provide, to create your invitation.

How we use it

Only to provide, support and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Your invitation's content is visible to anyone with its link while it is live. Order details are visible only to you and authorised team members.

Retention

Invitation access ends at 12:00 PM India time on the second calendar day after your event. Personal invitation content, uploaded photos, customer music and RSVP data are queued for deletion at that time. Storage processing and retries may delay completion. Support can also cancel an invitation and request earlier deletion. The Order ID remains available for an expired-status check without its password; necessary financial and security history is retained with restricted access.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support, subject to applicable law including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Storage and security

Service records are stored in our Cloudflare database and private media storage. Authentication uses secure session cookies. Access is restricted to the customer and authorised team members.
