Terms of Service

These terms describe how Aisha Artistry provides personalised digital invitations.

The service

You purchase a licence to personalise one invitation design and receive a unique shareable link. Designs remain the intellectual property of Aisha Artistry.

Publishing and validity

• Invitation links activate one calendar month before the event date (India Standard Time), unless published earlier by our team.
• Links expire permanently at 12:00 PM IST on the second calendar day after the event and cannot be reactivated.

Edits

• After publication, the 1st, 2nd and 4th saved edits are free; the 3rd costs ₹100; further customer edits are not available.
• Corrections of errors caused by us are made free of charge until expiry.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and photos you provide and confirm you have the right to use them. Content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights may be removed.
